When Will My Account Be Unrestricted?

My account has been restricted for 4 months

I don't spam letters, or use bots, macros, VPN, or anything like that.

I saved up 15k Points, and now I have 23k, it's been that long.

Microsoft Rewards account is temporarily restricted This account is temporarily restricted because recent account activity may be in breach of the Microsoft Rewards Terms of Service.

This is the error that ALWAYS SHOWS UP WHEN I TRY TO REDEEM

I contacted support, they haven't fixed, I haven't done anything wrong

I don't know if it's because I use my personal account to search for school stuff, which I do fast sometimes

I guess the system may think that isn't normal...

Should I just alternate between home and school accounts?

PLEASE FIX MICROSOFT, I want to redeem my 1.5k+ Robux

    I'm having the same issue recently as well. I wonder if Microsoft changed something in their algorithm to detect artificial activity. I hope there's a fix soon.

    I have the EXACT same issue and I just cant fix it and I also cant even contact support all the text boxes that it is telling me to fill out are all greyed out and is not allowing me to fill in those boxes.

    And the only thing that shows is this: Your Microsoft Rewards account isn't following the rules you agreed to when you joined the program. Review these policies in the Microsoft Services Agreement governing the program which you accepted when joining.

    and I've read the WHOLE THING ALREADY and NOTHINGS CHANGED!!!!

    please and I ask PLEASE fix this.

    Hi Merek,

    My account hasn't been unrestricted, but I have contacted them using your link. They are saying that I have been using BOTS, but the thing is I'm not. In fact, I don't even know how to operate them, or EVEN OBTAIN THEM.

    Should I explain that to them?

    And if they don't believe me, when will I get unrestricted for "using bots?"
