When I am on the Bing homepage quiz, I answer a question, but it fails to load the quiz again, not letting me completing the quiz. This will break my Microsoft Rewards day streak. Any tips?

i can not update my Microsoft bing account , i cannot earn my rewards for today.
I complete the questions and it gives me the result but it does not come out as if it has been completed
