The points you can earn may vary, but usually, completing the activities can earn you 50–80 points daily. You'll also occasionally receive a "streak" of bonus points for successfully completing the daily set; these bonus streaks range from 45 points for three days to 150 points for every 10 days after 54 days.
That's just for your Daily set, but you can still earn points while searching on Bing and using Edge (Desktop and mobile). To get the most points out of Microsoft Rewards, check out this article.
