From time to time, the list of rewards changes. It may have changed or deleted some options or removed the rewards entirely from the list. Typically, this is because particular rewards have already finished or the gift codes for the rewards have run out. There is no specific announcement if the rewards will be removed or if they will be back on the list of rewards again.
There is a possibility that the reward, like Robux, may come back and release new gift codes. Visit the redeeming page on your MS rewards account from time to time for the update of the rewards lists. There are no specific dates or any announcement on when the rewards will be back.
You may also reach out to Microsoft rewards support for them to be aware of your concern regarding the reward. Go to your dashboard and choose the "Provide feedback" option to send your concern or use the link below.
