Hi, I redeemed 400 Robux through Microsoft Rewards, but the Robux aren’t showing in my account yet. I didn’t receive any confirmation or code. Please help me check and resolve this issue. Thank you!

Please ensure you are logged in with the right Email address where you have redeemed your reward points. Also, check your spam or other folders to see if the email is there.

    If you sign in to the right account and you are still unable to find the message or email after 24 hours, I recommend requesting support from the Microsoft Rewards team by visiting the link below and filling out the form. Make sure to log in to the account where you have a problem. Only the Microsoft Rewards Support Team can access your account and look into this issue further.
