    Hi, I'm John!

    I'm a Rewards user as well.

    Are you referring to the Puzzle task where you move pieces to complete the picture? If so, there's a picture guide in the lower left, and you can move a piece by clicking on it.

    Or are you referring to the Daily Streaks Puzzle, where you earn pieces over time? If so, to complete the puzzle, you need to search three times per day for seven days. After seven days, you'll get a puzzle piece. You need 12 of these puzzle pieces to complete the puzzle and unlock the grand prize.
