They don’t send me a code for my account.

Hello, I’m trying to redeem the Microsoft rewards but when I tries to send it to my email, it says it needs my phone number and after I typed in, it will gives me 6-digit code. So, I typed in my phone number but the code doesn’t show up. I’ve been doing this for past hours but there’s no use.

I tried it in another device, phone number but it’s always the same result.

If it's been more than 24 hours and the problem still persists, please contact Microsoft Rewards Support directly using the link below. Only the Support Team has the tools to access your account and check why you're not receiving the verification code. I appreciate your patience and understanding.

    Hello, it appears that my Microsoft points are not working. I redeemed 1,500 points for 100 robux but the email has not been sent and it has been more than 24 hours. yet the points i redeemed are gone, but no email. Please help its very annoying!

    That's ridiculous and its pretty obvious they do this to discourage people from even obtaining these rewards. These big greedy corporatrions and their little gimmicks need boycotts...

    I've tried that and sent them an email yesterday. I've got the same problem as the previous person. My phone number and email are correct but they won't send me the confirmation code in SMS.

    The support system does not work, and the email has not been sent, and i cannot resend the requested one. I think this is because i had 5g/5g full, then i deleted some items AFTER i made the transaction, and the email never refreshed.]

    Please resend it, this is very frustrating.
