I have seen many of the Microsoft Community reviews. And Most of which are about People not being able to redeem their reward points for the gift cards they would Like to purchase. I have been collecting points for a 400 Robux gift card for a while now, Currently having 5904 points. I used only one account to do this, I did'nt use any VPN or any macro/bots to do the searches automatically (Mainly because i don't know how to use them) Will my account also be suspended like others or will I be able to redeem without any problem? I want to give this gift card to my little brother as a birthday gift and i would be disappointed If I get Suspended for doing nothing wrong and strictly following the rules that has been given by Microsof Rewards to ensure the earning of points are valid and fair

Against the rules like using their own app? Tapping on trending stories? Or against the rules as in using your points to get rewards like game pass ultimate?

Basically, if you earn rewards too consistently, you will be punished. Their 'customer support' is a joke, you eventually get an answer gaslighting you about bots, clearing caches, or whatever else they feel like cut and pasting in.

Another user here with exactly the same problem. My account was restricted for the same issue: supposedly "using automated search or bots". I HAVE NEVER DONE THIS. I HAVE NOT THE FAINTEST IDEA HOW TO DO THIS. And apparently the only way I can get my thousands of points released is to STOP DOING SOMETHING I'VE NEVER DONE. Clearly there are a lot of people in this same situation, and Microsoft's response has been to continue to send what seem to be AI-generated responses which all say the same thing ("you've been using bots. Stop using bots and we'll release your account"). What are we to do, when we never did so in the first place? As far as I can tell, this is just a way to not have to award the points I spent nearly a year building up.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Microsoft rewards is not a scam, it is legitimate, you will see many people online asking about their account being suspended, usually there is a legitimate reason why they were suspended.

If you are not doing anything against the rules, then your account will not be suspended, you do not need to worry about that.
