    I went to transfer my cash back money to paypal. It showed my email address and I put in the email address to paypal. It says 'it's on it's way. Never showed up. I went thru support and had gotten a run around and now no one replies. I was my freaking money!!!! Is bill gates broke and needs the money?

    Hi Cheryl,

    You can find it in the Microsoft Start app, available for download in the app store on your mobile device.

    After installing the Microsoft Start app, sign in to your account, and in the Home section, you should see the feature "Scan & Earn" located at the top right.

    If you don't see this, it might not be available in your country or region currently, as this feature is region-specific and set by the Microsoft team. Can you let me know what you're seeing?

    Where exactly do I find the Microsoft cashback dashboard? I just to find out which stores receipts I can scan.
