how do i unlock the puzzle ive done everything

    Hi Madison, I am Paulo and I'd like to help.

    Are you referring to this puzzle? If so, did you collect all the puzzle pieces per week? A piece can only be collected at the 7th day if you do your daily tasks and search similar to the image below. To finish the puzzle and unlock the 1000 points prize, you need a total of 12 pieces, which will take 84 days to collect.
