Hi, I want to ask. Is it allowed to use image generated by bing (copilot) image generator for commercial use? For example I generate a logo, and then I edited the logo a little bit and sell it on the digital marketplace. Is it okay?

Copilot Certainly! You can absolutely sell the images that I generate for you. However, keep in mind that the images I create are based on your descriptions and prompts, so they are unique to you. If you plan to sell them, consider adding your own touch or modifications to make them even more distinct. Good luck with your creative endeavors! 😊🎨👍

That's the reply I received from Bing Co pilot. This answer is probably known to you. Just in case.. I also wondered on the same question.

I'm sorry, Microsoft appears to have removed the commercial use clause from the new terms of use.

As this Community is only a user-to-user forum, your best option would be to contact Bing Support and ask them if this commercial use no longer applies to Bing Image Creator.

    Hi Jonathan,

Thanks for the answer. But as my knowledge, the points you quote is from the old Term of Use of Bing.

Since it now become "Copilot", I can't find the points you quote, even from the link you provide.

I think it is called Copilot now. My question is this, can I use copilot images for commercial use, please.

    Thank you most kindly,
