What is with this Bing popup on my desktop?

This popped up on my desktop, and I do NOT have any Bing app, nor have Bing as default search engine for my browser.

How do I keep Bing from spamming my desktop????

    I see. As I dig into this online, it looks like this is a push notification from Microsoft when using Chrome. As mentioned in the article below, it should be a one-time notification so clicking "No, thanks" should prevent this from showing in the future.

    Hi Scott, I am Paulo and I'd like to help.

    Is this on Windows 10 or 11? Are you getting this popup as a desktop notification banner? If so, try disabling these three options in Settings > System > Notifications. It could be a suggestion from one of these options provided in Windows so disabling these should prevent them from appearing.

    Windows 10, and all those are already disabled.
