* Edge:

Edge has a Home page and a Start page.

Home page. The Home page will only be displayed when you click the Home button.

In Edge, select More (...) then Settings then View advanced settings.

Set Show the home button to On. Just below that select A specific page and enter the URL of the home page you want, then click Save (floppy disk symbol on the right)

Start Page. This is the page that Edge will open to.

In Edge, select More (...) then Settings. Under Open Edge with, select one of the options. If you choose A specific page or pages, enter the URL(s) of the page(s) and save.

Edge can open with multiple pages in different tabs. Remove any pages you don't want.

The search field on the default Start Page will only search with Bing.

* Internet Explorer:

Open Internet Options from the gear/cog icon in the upper right. On theGeneral Tab set www.bing.com as the home page.
