It's not letting me redeem a microsoft rewards roblox gift card

I redeemed a roblox gift card in microsoft rewards but it's saying in the roblox website it's been redeemed. I tried waiting a week, switched browsers, redeemed on a different device, but none of those work. Can someone tell me what's going on? I contacted microsoft support and said to send a screenshot, and I did. Can someone help me?

    Here's a step-by-step guide to help you out:

    > Head over to http://roblox.com/redeem from your web browser.

    > Log in to your account or create one if you haven't already.

    > Find your PIN/Code in your Microsoft Rewards history by visiting this link: https://rewards.bing.com/redeem/orderhistory Once there, click on "Get Code" and enter it in the white box on the Roblox redemption website.

    > Click on "Redeem".

    > If all goes well, you should see a success message confirming that the credit has been added to your account.

    Hi quick question, I tried doing that however when clicking on ordering history It doesnt show a PIN/code box near the box, as well as saying its still pending despite this, another issue is that when i tried inserting the confirmation code prior, the box was not visible and when i tried refreshing the page it closed perminently and i could no longer access it but it still showed as pending. is there some way i can fix this issue?
