Microsoft daily rewards not working

I cannot get one of my daily points for the first one for some reason. Whenever I try to it doesn't give me it and this has been happing for four days now.

    If you're accessing Microsoft Rewards via a browser, clearing your cache and cookies can often resolve issues with the rewards system. Also, If you're using a browser other than Microsoft Edge, sometimes the Microsoft Rewards system works best with Edge due to how it's integrated with the Microsoft ecosystem. Try switching to Edge and see if you can collect your points there.

    If you're having trouble on a specific device or platform (like a mobile app or desktop), try switching to another device or accessing Microsoft Rewards through a different app.

    Sometimes, logging out of your Microsoft account and then logging back in can resolve issues with syncing or rewards not being credited.

    Note: Disable ad blockers or privacy extensions temporarily to see if they are causing issues.

    Incorrect, at least for me.

    Again, if you read my troubleshooting steps, I used Chrome as a test, since it stopped working correctly in Edge.

    Also I have something new to report. When I did the test when logging into my daughter's MS Account, the first day. Now I logged into her account for a second time, using Chrome, and the first Activity in the Daily Set does NOT get marked as Completed, while the other two in the set do get marked as Completed.

    I've clicked on "Guitar mechanics" several times, and you can see in the picture that it still says "+10".

    And also, since I've now failed to complete the Daily Set, my streak is broken of course:

    This answer does NOT work.

    I've been doing the "Daily Set" for MANY YEARS now, and about 4 days ago the first of the three items never gets awarded when you click on it.

    So that first item is never considered "completed" and I'm not given credit for completing the daily set / streak / bonus for the day.

    From what I see, it is related to my account. Here is what I did to test it.

    1. Using CHROME (YUCK!) I logged into my daughter's Microsoft Account.
    2. I clicked today's first activity in the Daily Set ("Mended with gold").
    3. I viewed the Daily Set and for her, the check mark was showing, so it was completed.
    4. I logged out of her account and logged into mine using Chrome.
    5. I clicked today's first activity in the Daily Set ("Mended with gold").
    6. I viewed the Daily Set and for me, the check mark was NOT showing, so it was NOT completed.

    This ONLY happens with the first of the three Activities. The other two Activities (Daily Poll and Test Your Knowledge / Quiz) still work as expected.

    Please advise me on how to fix this with my account.

    Generally I ALWAYS use Edge, but to prove my point that it has nothing to do with browser cache or logging out and back into my account from Edge, I used Chrome.

    I cleared my cache, browsing history, and cookies. I'm still experiencing this problem.

    Ironically, if you use another desktop browser besides MS Edge (like Firefox), MS Rewards dashboard links work fine.

    Try this:

    Use another desktop browser to access MS Rewards dashboard. Then click on the Quiz or Daily Poll link. Copy the URL address. Open MS Edge desktop browser. Paste and go to the URL address. See the difference on the exact same URL address.

    Also, seems the mobile version Edge browser works fine. It's only the Edge desktop browser that's not displaying it correctly.
