Hello All,
we have a custom domain, and we want to get email for business for this custom domain.
we need to get 30-50 email account
but the price is 5$ per user per month which is so expensive for me,
is there is a plan or special offer to get our email hosted on Microsoft at low cost?
your help is much appreciated.

I had the same problem when I had to pay $6 per mailbox with a custom domain.
Until I find out about proxy emails. I got 30$ lifetime plan with ProxiedMail that provides me unlimited mailboxes with forwarding to any real email including Outlook. I can text someone first or reply without people knowing that I'm using a proxy email.

basically what I was looking is to email with 20GB storage or above and can be configured with outlook as well.
I will try to contact MS store support to see if the can offer me a special plan

If it's just email you care about, the cheapest one is $4 per user per month: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/exchange/compare-microsoft-exchange-online-plans
To get even cheaper than that, you will have to use the "kiosk" plans, which are basically limited to web/mobile access and have lower quotas:
