Microsoft Rewards isn't giving points

So my issue here is Microsoft Rewards isn't going to give me points upon searching on Bing PC version, and I've noticed another additional change from Microsoft Rewards such as:

• The "Bonus point for searching on Bing in Microsoft Edge" has disappeared from the Point Breakdown window, status window and the points' giving's module itself also
• The offers (Most but not all)' points' giving now has been reduced in 5:1 ratio, this affects most on my points I earn everyday

They aren't the main problem, the main problem here is:

Why can't I receive points upon searching on Bing PC version? There's still an option that search and earn on Bing mobile, but I can't apply it as I don't have a phone myself. But the issue happens like this: My points aren't being increased when I complete a search on Bing, even I use Microsoft Edge, Chrome OR EVEN Firefox. Only a few rare moments, the search being counted and giving me points to cheer me, but they won't, as they never let me complete my point breakdown :(

Anyways, if anyone read this and meets the same issue, just say out, to let me know I'm not the only one alone...
