What should i do if phone number verification is not working

I just want to clarify, do you mean you are unable to use the phone number on your account for verification or do you mean you're unable to add your phone number to your account for verification to redeem on the Rewards Store?

Choose the call option: During the verification process, you have the choice between receiving a text message or a phone call for the verification code. If the text message option is not working, select the call option and enter your home phone number.
