    Hey Lance!

Nice to meet you! I'm Darhyl, an Independent Advisor. I'm sorry you are experiencing this upon adding your phone number to your account.

Just a gentle reminder that we are only Microsoft users like you here in the community. We are not Microsoft employees and we do not have tools to access any Microsoft System.

Based on your description, you've got nothing to worry as Philippines is included in the Rewards Supported regions list:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-bil...

For us to isolate the case, kindly try to perform these steps:

    1. Clearing the cache and cookies of your browser.

To clear your browser cache and cookies in Microsoft Edge, go to Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data and select Ctrl+Shift+Del. You can also type "edge://settings/clearbrowserdata" in your address bar to access this function.

    1. Disabling extensions / going incognito or in-private browsing.

In Microsoft Edge, select Extensions located to the right of your browser address bar, then select Manage Extensions.

Select the toggle next to the extension you want to turn off.

    1. Changing browsers. (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari etc.)
    2. Disconnect from VPN or Proxy server.

Open Settings and click/tap on the Network & Internet icon.

Click/tap on VPN on the left side, click/tap on the connected VPN (ex: "MPN") on the right side you want to disconnect, and click/tap on the Disconnect button.

When finished, you can close Settings.

Then try adding your phone number again to your account.

If the issue persists, I highly recommend you submit a ticket request to the Microsoft Rewards Team for further assistance as they have the tools and resources to properly investigate this case. You may contact them using the link below:

Thank you for your kindness and understanding! Please let me know if you require further assistance.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl
