Why did I get banned from using Microsoft rewards.

I tried sending an email back to the person who told me I was disqualified from using it again, BUT, I didn't get a reply. I hope I get unbanned because I never used bots, and all the other accusations are false too. Thank you for your time

    2. There is a glitch with the rewards program, resulting in your account being misidentified as violating the terms of service.

    I have never used a vpn nor anything else against the rules it must think im a bot and now i cant use my points please help.

    hi,

    my account got suspended after suddently using vpn . i forget that my vpn was turned on and used microsoft reward while vpn was on. why doesnt microsoft give users any chance?
