I am trying log into Illinos Dept of Unemployment and error message pops up, Access denied, You don't have permission to access "http://benefits.ides.illinois.gov/Benefits/" on this server.

On URL, http://benefits.ides.illinois.gov/Benefits/ I receive Access Denied error message.

You don't have permission to access "http://benefits.ides.illinois.gov/Benefits/" on this server.

A different reference # also comes up each time I try to log in, in order to register for unemployment benefits claim.

    This doesn't appear to be a Windows issue but more of a specific issue with the IL Dept of Unemployment website. You can try to launch your web browser in private mode or try a different browser and see if it helps. If not, definitely get in touch with them. https://iloginhelp.illinois.gov/contact-us.html

    Hi Annette, I assume you are using Edge, right? If so, open Edge, then press Ctrl + Shift + N keys together to launch private mode. Or you can click on the three dots on the upper right in Edge and click on New inPrivate Window.
