Microsoft Rewards Points Frozen?

Recently I've gotten into Microsoft Rewards, but my points have entirely frozen. By wholly frozen, I mean it doesn't count any searches or daily tasks, meaning I receive no points from them. I thought I'd wait a day for them to come back, as I've read off other complaints, but it looks like my points are still frozen. Some useful information to resolving this issue includes that the points are only frozen on my account no matter the device.

Hopefully, this could get resolved without any trouble.

    Just did that on my phone. still doing it. so doesn't address the issue I have

    My points also is frozen and stuck at 937. When it should be more. I have fill the form a number of times. But, no respond. Is there a customer service number that can be call for this issue. I would appreciate any help for this issue.

    As much as I'd like to check your account and provide further information, unfortunately, I don't directly work for Microsoft.

    And to be honest, this community is an end-to-end user we do not have access to your account. That being said, contacting the Bing Rewards team is necessary if the concern is related to points, accounts, and billing.

    But yes, you are correct. Multiple users reported that there are delays in getting support. I suspect that this is because of the number of requests the team is receiving every day. That said, I'm afraid there's nothing much we can do but wait until they answer. Let's hear from other community members, they may have ideas to share.
