Neither Bing search points nor daily quests are available in my country (Microsoft/Bing Rewards)

First of all, I want to know why some countries receive more bing search points than others, that's so unfair!!!

For example, I live in Brazil, but i get neither daily quests nor bing search points.

As far as i know, you can get 250 points searching with bing if you live in the US. Apart from that, the US also gets daily quests.

In Brazil, you can only get 10 points a day, because there are neither daily quests nor bing searches to do

I think the same happens to other countries as well.

Most countries don't get points for searching with bing or anything like that. That's extremely unfair that we can't get a lot of points like those people from the US

I found out the image below on reddit that shows how unfair it is. According to that, Countries such as Belgium, Brazil, Ireland, Hong Kong, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Sweden and Taiwan don't get any bing search points. The US gets the most points by searching with bing (I don't know why).

My question is: What is the reason for this unbalanced point system?
