How are the boost broken down? What type of information is considered "1 boost" and when you run out, what is the turn-around time for the boosts to replenish. Does it replenish after midnight, do you have to wait 24 hours....?

1 boost is like equivalent to 1 image creation and that is the time that it will be used up.

Thank you. Can you provide information on what is considered 1 boost. I know what boosts are. But what is considered 1 boost? Is it every time you enter a prompt?

Good day Vanessa, thanks for your question. I am glad to be able to provide assistance to you today. The free version of Copilot comes with just 15 boosts per day while Copilot Pro users have 100 boosts a day to start with and this refreshes every 24 hours and for additional information you can also refer to the link below.
