I was trying to use Microsoft cashback for the first time, but no matter browser or device I try logging in from, it would show me the panda error page. This is annoying cause there was a pretty large cashback offer at the time, for NewEgg. Let me try editing this post to include the screenshot.

    Hello, SOME UNIQUE 01

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Microsoft account and rewards. It seems like you are seeing a panda with a message on your reward redeem page. This might be caused by some technical issues with the Microsoft Rewards website or app. You can wait for a few hours and see if the issue persists. Otherwise, here are some possible solutions you can try:

    • Clear your browse data and try again. Back up all your personal files first, such as Favorites, to ensure you do not lose data.
    • Use a different browser or device and see if the problem persists.
    • Check your internet connection and make sure it is stable and secure. Temporarily disable your proxy server (if applicable), antivirus or firewall and try again. But don't forget to turn on your security software immediately. Learn more troubleshooting steps here: Fix Wi-Fi connection issues in Windows - Microsoft Support

If none of the above works, contact Microsoft Rewards support: Rewards Support (bing.com)

Let me know if you have any other concerns.

    Best regards

    Yuhao Li
