Since 6th june I when i got enough points to redeem my reward it said The order cannot be completed This order cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later. If you're unable to complete this order after 24 hours now its 9th june and im still getting the message i am unable to redeem my points please help me if u know what to do.

    Thank you for trying to help me Lester none of these solutions have worked for me i tried contacting the ms rewards team on the second day (june 7th)

    i tried redeeming again and it didnt work.

    Thank you for your reply. Since you have already contacted MS Rewards support, I suggest waiting for their response. They may be fixing it on their end. It may take some days because they handle a lot of tickets on a first-come, first-served basis. I appreciate your patience. Thank you.
