I have one main acc which ive been using for a year and after 10months i made another new profile to earn rewards with the same number. If i keep on collecting points on both profile and redeem the points, am i likely to get banned?
my another question is my sister and i(both 2 accs) use separate accs with separate numbers to earn points but you also have to search on mobile to earn more points, so my sister and I have logged in our accs in a same phone and collect point in it, will it also lead to ban my sister acc who has been registered with separate number?

    Hi,

Good day! My name is Santosh. I am Microsoft user like you. I will be glad to help you.

Yes, your account can be banned using same phone number for both accounts. It can violate the terms of service for Microsoft Rewards.

Using multiple accounts on same device might be seen as suspicious activity, so please use different device for each account.

For more information You can contact to Microsoft Rewards support team. I suggest you submit a request to Microsoft Rewards support team. This dedicated team will help you.
