I use the rewards program mainly for Overwatch coins. They weren’t available for some time so i racked up quite a lot of reward points.
Once the Overwatch currency was back in the program i immediately ordered two sets of 200 coins for 1800 points each. The first one was delivered right away and the second one didn’t.
The next day they hadn’t been delivered and when i went to check the order history i was banned.
After googling around i found out that reasons to be banned include
- owning multiple accounts
- using a vpn
I dont do either of those.
I wrote to the support about the issue and got a generic „we’re working on it“ response after a few days.
Now its been almost two weeks since then. Is there anything i can do about it or am i just stuck being banned? Is it normal for the support to be this unresponsive?

Also it seems like i can’t use Bing chat since the ban from rewards. Is this intended?
