Hello! I'm Jen, and I'd be happy to help you out with this issue.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. If you're using web browser to access Copilot, please try clearing your browser's cache/cookies first. You can also check with another browser to see if you encounter the same issue. Please turn off any ad blocker or extension if you have them enabled. Let me know how it goes. Thank you.

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I'll be glad to assist you further.

Best Regards!

Jen :)

Hello! I am facing the same problem and I tried what you said to do but It did not solve the problem for me.

Copilot still keeps verifying if I am a human or not.

Althogh it succeeds but it continues to verify. It was not like this before. I do not know why it happens now. This problem started happening since the previous updates.

I also checked it with another browser other than Edge, but it was the same.

One thing I have found is if I access it on my phone, and the go back and try again on the PC, it usually works. The whole cache clearing stuff doesn't work. I think it is actually just a bug in the Copilot web page.

Thank you for your reply. I agree, it seems to be a bug in the web page application. If I access anonymously without logging in, it works just fine; however, once I log into Copilot, I get stuck in an infinite loop of human verification. I finally managed to access by opening a new incognito page. It’s overly complicated and quite frustrating. MS, please fix this : (
