I was redeeming my reward but it all always showing that human verify is failure Please can u tell me why that was showing like that

problem solved here! all you have to do is go to the "..." at the top right corner of your web and then click "settings". On the left side go down and click "reset setting". then click "restore setting to their default values". this will hopefully fix this problem that's been plaguing hundreds.

I figured out this solution PURELY by accident and after long, long, LONG research online for solutions and asking the AI Bing chat and even the agents at Microsoft.

this problem happened to my friend's account and I think I can guess why. my friend would clear his history to the "beginning of time" at the end of each day after he surfs on his computer. I keep telling him that it really isn't necessary since doing this will sign him out of his accounts (including Microsoft reward points) and it would be a hassle to log him in every single time (since this will also mess with the Microsoft algorithms). another issue might be the cookies cluttering and compiling. which affects the sign-in saves. if you do this then this might be why you are getting the "failure! human verify!" messages in the rewards redeeming section. keep in mind that when I did do that, in a week it did fine. but then after that, my friend still got the "failure! human verify" message again so I had to do it again and the next day he got the same message so it's daily. that's because he still clears his website's data which causes the website sign-in to mess up and log him out. so if you want my advice, don't do like him.

please share this answer around as I know 100s of other people have the same problem and they are waiting for a solution. it's really not fair for them to gather all these points just so they can fail to enter a limited-time contest.

Try a different browser!

I've been fighting this same issue for over a year now. When I read one of the responses above about returning the browser settings to default that got me thinking. I did try resetting my Edge / Explorer browser settings which didn't fix problem for me, so I downloaded Google chrome browser and BAM! Issue resolved! Absolutely hilarious that Microsoft's browser doesn't work with Microsoft's own website :)

After Christmas, I tried to redeem points for a Walmart gift card.

I did everything and it was confirmed. But afterwards declined in an email.

I have tried several times with no success.

• Changing browsers.
