Microsoft rewards is avaible in all african countries except morocco!

how it's avaible in benin and mauritania and burundi... where people there dont care about rewards and not avaible in morocco, one of richest african countries and people there really need microsoft rewards, why can't we just have the same thing that others have isn't that mean from microsoft? i'm not sure..

    microsoft please we here in morocco really need microsoft rewards how vatican city has it it have only 1000 people while morocco have 40million i really love microsoft but this make me everytime sad.you know the feeling... like being hated you know what i mean
