Why does it keep saying "Order cannot be completed"?

I have been struggling bad, I need mods overriding my account to fix this, I have been really loyal to Microsoft and now, I don't know what to do.Mods, if you are seeing this, help me, immediately.

    Please check if your Rewards points are enough for the item you are trying to order. If yes, have you traveled to a different country recently?

    In the meantime, please try the following steps:

    1. Try logging out and then logging back into your MS rewards account.
    2. If you're using a VPN, try disabling it and see if that resolves the problem.
    3. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
    4. If you're still having trouble after clearing your cache and cookies, try using a different browser altogether.
    5. Try again later.

    I tried all of that yet it still hasn't worked, it says wait 24 hours but i don't know if it'll work after 24 hours

    The rewards were successfully redeemed after I tried using Firefox. It didn't work with edge and Chrome.

    Hi A USER I have tried each and every thing and also mailed to customer support thru are giving no reply and also the error is not giving I just want to know that is this error from my side or from system.
