I’ve been a regular user of Microsoft Rewards, and I truly appreciate the various redemption options available. Recently, I noticed that the Amazon Gift Card option is either missing or listed as "out of stock." This is one of the most popular and useful rewards for many users, including myself, and I’m wondering if there’s any update on when it might return.
Is this a temporary issue, or has the Amazon Gift Card been permanently removed from the redemption catalog? If it's temporary, could you please provide an estimated timeframe for when it might be restocked?
Also, are there any tips or best practices for checking gift card availability or being notified when it’s back?
I’d be grateful for any information or official confirmation on this. Thank you in advance for your time and support!

I've been using Microsoft rewards since 2009. I am on the rewards page daily. Today was the first day that I have ever seen the the Amazon gift card not in the list of available rewards. It has always been set as my goal and today it was removed.

If you've redeemed one recently, there might be a short cooldown period before you're eligible to redeem another.
To improve your chances of seeing and claiming the Amazon Gift Card reward, it's recommended to check the Rewards page early in the day, typically between 7 AM and 10 AM, as that's when the catalog may refresh.
