Unable to redeem voucher - error message rcvd was "Unable to apply voucher This voucher has been used."

I recently redeemed my MS rewards for a Foodpanda discount. However, when I tried to use the code, I received an error message saying "Unable to apply voucher This voucher has been used.".

My apologies and for this you can head over to the link below to check it directly with the MS Rewards Support as they have information and access to provide on what transpired on the issue that you have encountered and again my apologies as this is a user to user forum and therefore we do not have inside access to to be able to cross check this.

    Basically, it didn't. I accepted the first answer as he was right that only MS had access to the internal information. Anyway, I received response from MS Support today on email asking me to contact Foodpanda for the request instead. Anyways, I am not very hopeful.
