Hi Sherry, I'm John, a fellow Microsoft user like you.

I am a Rewards user as well. To view your cashback history and details, you can check the Bing Rebates portal. Here’s the link: https://www.bing.com/rebates/history

Make sure you're signed in with the same Microsoft account you used for the purchase. This page should show your cashback status and any details about redeeming it.

If you don’t see anything there, double-check the email Microsoft sent for any additional instructions. If issue persists, please let me know.

Thank you John.

With the link you provided, I was able to see my cash back balance. But it showed $0 even though I made my purchase with a link Microsoft emailed me for cash back purchase.

The system seem not too user friendly as capital shopping or rakuten.

An internet drive by sent me here to find this link to my cashback history. Without this link https://www.bing.com/rebates/history how would one get there? I've stumbled on it before, but jeezus...what a round about way to get to it.

Aka...I should have to find some Q&A forum to find a link to my MS cashback. Maybe it's hidden by design bwahahahah 😈
