Email address to contact microsoft reward team

I keep submitting suppport tickets but I get the same disgusting canned email over and over again. They are NOT addressing or fixing the problem. I am NOT receiving rewards points for searches (across different browsers). I've done everything on my end they have told me to do but they keep saying the same thing. "Rest assured you will start earning points after a couple of initial searches". The SAME email everytime for 3 months. NO, I am still NOT earning points after a coujple of initial and manual searches. This is frustrating that Microsoft doesn't care about its loyal cusotmers. I have stopped using rewards because of this. I'm sick of it. I want to escalate this to a higher level of management but I don't have the contact info.
