So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)
who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.
and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

I agree! When I tried to redeem my reward, it didn't let me redeem and said that I violated their terms of agreement or something. I did nothing wrong, though.
Neither did I or (probably) most of the people here do anything wrong. Look elsewhere (Reddit and more) on the web for answers, as some have found a remedy that works. Not me though.

they demand you now have a cell phone to get a text to be able to cash out, they did this with out telling anyone so yes they are now a scam
Did you message them about this? I ask because I still have the "call me" option, however redemption in any form has not been working for about 2 months (part of a much bigger probably unrelated to you problem.) They may be having a problem as I have been reading of many glitches in redemption over the last couple of months. Write to them and ask them.

OK I was wrong and ask for some help. as I am a Amazon prime member I remember somethig about a gift card but also e=reqquie=red a mobile phone # and I have no cellar servis in this remoe area I live in , so am just so confused .
Ya I use to get gift cards to until they started scamming me... I used my landline to get my code to cash out now they will not accept my landline so yes now they are a scam and stealing my point since they are demanding I have a cell phone to cash out which is total bs not everyone has a cell phone.. This is a Microsoft program and it should be able to cash out using my windows computer.

It really won't let you use your landline with the "call me" option? If not write to them and ask them about it.
They have suggested to me to use someone else's phone for verification. Do you have a family member or a friend you trust (or who lives nearby) to use theirs for verification?
