I spent months grinding Microsoft Rewards, saving up 22,100 points, and was just about to redeem the points 22,425 Amazon gift card—and now it’s completely gone. Not just that, but all Amazon gift card options have disappeared. What the hell is going on?
If this was a stock issue, you should’ve given a warning instead of just making it vanish. If Microsoft permanently removed Amazon gift cards from my region, then you’ve just scammed me out of months of effort.
I want a clear answer RIGHT NOW. Are the Amazon gift cards coming back, or did Microsoft just decide to screw over loyal users like me? If they’re gone, what the hell am I supposed to do with my points now?
I expect a real answer and not some copy-paste response. Fix this.

However, you can explore and redeem other gift cards that are currently available in your rewards account. https://rewards.microsoft.com/redeem
