Are there any issues with Copilot right now?

Hi there,

I have been using Copilot Pro for a few months now, and it has generally been a pretty decent experience.

However, the recent performance issues have significantly impacted my experience. I use it in a personal capacity for training, so when the Pro version doesn't respond as I am used to, it's quite disappointing.

Tonight, I was trying to work on an assignment and it kept on crashing and asking me to change topics when I had fed lots more information before without issues, so it's not what I am feeding and how. I have a pretty good understanding of IA prompting to know what is effective with Copilot. This is particularly frustrating as I had been working with it all day and was planning to complete it tonight, and I could only do so with the aid of Copilot. Otherwise, the analysis process would take extremely too long.

Anyway, tonight, when I needed to complete my project, it was not delivering, which was impacting my work.

Not too happy about it.

I don't think it's my Internet. I just ran a connectivity test, and the average speed is 834 Mbps download and 53.7 Mbps upload—a healthy connection.

I am reporting it to know if there was anything in particular that may be happening with Copilot.

Thanks,
Moris.

My copilot which I am using in Dynamics Contact center for Chat and inbound telehphon voice/call. It is working fine when testing in Copilot Studio
BUT when I test this on demo website and try to phone call it doesn't work.

Since TODAY's morning 18/SEP/2024 I am facing this issue. Does anyone else is facing this issue?

Have the same issue, but I just got my compute 1 week ago and using the free version. Where you able to find a solution to this kind of issue?

Hello! I'm Jen, and I'd be happy to help you out with this issue.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Please ensure to update Windows to the latest version. Select Start > Settings > Windows Update > Check for Updates and install any available updates.

You can also try repairing or resetting the Copilot app and see if it resolves the issue. Go into Settings > Apps > Installed Apps > Scroll down and look for Copilot app > Click on the three-dot menu beside it and select Advanced options > click Repair. If the problem persists, try resetting the app. Follow the same steps, click Reset under the Repair button. Restart your computer then try using the Copilot app again to check whether the problem is resolved.

Let me know if this solution works for you. If not, please feel free to reply, and I'll be happy to provide further assistance. Thank you.

    Best Regards!

    Jen :)
