The latest app update for Bing has removed the rewards link. Any suggestions ?

    I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Please try clearing Bing app's data and check if it helps. Open Bing app > go to Apps > Settings > Privacy > Clear app data then sign in again and check whether the rewards link appear this time . Let me know how it goes. Thank you.

    Hi Matthew,

    May I know if you're using iOS device? This seems to be a bug affecting iOS users causing the rewards link to disappear after the recent update.

    Hi Matthew,

    I just updated Bing app on my phone and I can see my daily points and the Rewards section. Could you please try reinstalling the app and see if it fixes the issue? Thanks.

    Hello

    Thank you for that, I have tried that but unfortunately still not reappeared, it also isn’t showing under the explore section of the app anymore
