The "System UI isn't responding" error typically indicates a problem with the core interface of your Android device.
Firstly, Clear System UI Cache- Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > See all apps > System UI > Storage > Clear Cache.
Restart your device in Safe Mode to check if a third-party app is causing the issue. If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, uninstall recently installed apps.
Disable Unnecessary Animations-
1. Go to Settings > About phone (or System).
2. Tap on the Build number multiple times until you enable Developer options.
3. Go back to Settings > System > Developer options.
4. Reduce or disable animation scales.
