Whenever I try to use the image creator, no matter how short or simple the prompt is, I get the same message. I'd like to send a screenshot of the picture, but for some reason it's deciding not to let me. Basically, it's a panda eating some bamboo with the text "We're sorry — we've run into an issue" underneath. At first I thought it was something that would be fixed but, having tried it again after a week or two, it's clearly not. So, just kinda confused.

Hi Althea,
Sorry to hear about that. I'm afraid this community is just a user-to-user support forum. I would suggest submitting feedback to the Bing Team regarding this issue via this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/concern/bing. Under 'Tell us about your concern', please select "AI-powered features", select "Bing Image Creator" and you should be able to access the AI-Powered Feature Reporting Form and describe the issue you're experiencing. I appreciate your patience and understanding.
Kind Regards.
Hi Althea_858,
If you sign in with a different account, do you still get the same error when trying to create an image?
Thanks.
Hello! I'm Jen, and I'd be happy to help you out with this issue.
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Have you tried accessing Bing image creator using another browser and check if you are still getting the same error? You could also try clearing your browser's cache/cookies and try again to see if it works. Please turn off any ad blocker or extension if you have them enabled. Let me know how it goes. Thank you.
I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I'll be glad to assist you further.
Best Regards!
Jen :)
Thanks for the suggestions, however, none of them worked out T-T
