Subject: Unable to Redeem Microsoft Rewards Points (Roblox Gift Card)

Hello,

I have been actively collecting Microsoft Rewards points for the past 34 days and have earned over 6,000 points to redeem a 400 Robux gift card. However, when I try to redeem my points, the system tells me that this reward is not available in my region (Lithuania).

This feels very unfair because I followed all the rules while earning my points, and there was no clear indication that I wouldn’t be able to use them. I also tried changing my account region, but I still can’t claim the reward.

Can you explain why this is happening? Is there any way for me to receive my Robux or at least exchange my points for a different reward?

Availability of such rewards often depends on local laws, partner agreements or regional vendor support, and specific restrictions may need to be further confirmed by contacting the Microsoft Rewards team.

The Microsoft Rewards (formerly known as Bing Rewards) issue you are currently asking about is beyond the scope of community support.

Because Microsoft Rewards requires the use of your Microsoft account, the account contains a lot of your personal information (PII).
