System ui keeps ,saying system ui isn't responding

What if...it says that the system ui isn't responding, right? And then, all of a sudden, it turns off. The phone turns off. What the hell do I do?! I tried force restarting my phone. Powering it off. Restarting like normal. Waiting for a certain amount of time to turn my phone back on. But no. Not only did it not respond to me...it stays on a stupid light grey screen when I turn it on. It is fully charged too. Oh, and better yet, I can turn on by holding the power button, where it says to restart, power off, or emergency call. What do I do?! I need my phone for school...And, I may have filled my storage space all the way. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy A03s. PLEASE, SEND HELP!

I found a solution. I had to search up friggin phone type...i was so stupid. But if anyone is having problems too, just hold down the power button and the volume down at the same time. VULAH!!!!

click the 3 little dots in the upper right hand corner.. it will say show system apps or something to that effect. It should then be listed under system apps.
