Can I use the image created using bing Image creator in my wallpaper app?

I am creating an android wallpaper app with images that I created using bing image creator which I will publish to playstore soon. I am wishing to monetize my app through advertisment.

I have read that bing images are for personal use only and cant be used for commercial purpose.

Do allowing user to set images that are created using bing image creator as wallpaper through android app comes under non commercial use or commercial use?

Dear Danish,remembering that any monetization, whether by sale or advertising, makes commercial use;

If you just create the image and use it as a wallpaper you won't have any problems;
