How can I use the refer a friend program for Microsoft rewards?

I read that you can refer a friend but looked on The Microsoft page and couldn’t find anything about it…

Is this offer invalid now?

    No, this offer is no longer valid. The Microsoft Rewards "Refer a Friend" program is currently suspended. While it might be available again in the future, Microsoft has paused this feature for now. However, there are other ways to earn Reward points.
