I've contacted microsoft support 4 times over the pas 6 days, I've tried waiting 48 hours before adding my phone number again, incognito, switching wifi, different browser, and trying to add it through 2fa, nothing is working, and support just goes in circles.
Would like to redeem my points soon.

My phone number should not be the problem I would assume as it works perfectly fine with other accounts, I tested it before and have removed it from the other account.
I cant use another phone number, it wont let me it gives the same error. I checked the other account and its not on there i removed it last time. I remember talking to the support staff and they said for some odd reason they cant access any of my information from my account which is kinda weird and they said no one in microsoft can which is more than a little odd.
I've tried on data and im getting the same error, Ive also contacted support around 4-5 times and talked to about 8 different people including supervisors but they all had no idea how to fix the problem nor had the ability to add my phone number to the account.
This is ridiculous, it has been 3 months and you still didn't fixed the problem, you see that no one can connect their account with their phone number don't act like the problem is us and not you
