Cash Back Not Working

I've contacted support several times about several cashback offers not loading on my account, not being recognized on the receipt, or not allowing me to verify the offer in question. I still have all of my receipts and the items I bought and would be happy to provide proof so you can fix it on the back end. I wish your support would get back to me. Please help!

    I want to reiterate how ridiculous this service is. You had an advertisement flashing in my face back in November or December that if I made a qualifying purchase on Newegg, I'd get (I believe it was) 5%. I made the purchase. I'm certain I'd clicked the button to activate. I didn't get the cash back. 3-4 days go by. I filed a support ticket. Just today, I get a response back from support with without the date or information from my original ticket. How am I supposed to remember back that far with NO DATE and without seeing my own words?? And they also closed the ticket, too. It seems this is done on purpose to leave you helpless and therefore nullify any chance of getting support or the cashback.

    I think Microsoft needs to either comp us for the false advertising and lack of support, or discontinue the program because it clearly didn't work. Don't bother asking me anything until you show me the original ticket and date. I will not respond.

    Complete program IS A SCAM.

    Probably LOST over $30 by now ON RECEIPT SUBMISSIONS FOR CASHBACK OFFERS THAT NEVER VERIFIED.

    OFFERS DON’T APPEAR ON PENDING LIST THEN GET NEGLECTED

    BEFORE THIS, HAD OFFERS SUPPOSEDLY CREDITED YET 99% SURE BALANCE REMAINED THE SAME

    PROBABLY SUBMITTED OVER 10’TICKETS IN PAST FEW MONTHS WITHOUT A SINGLE REPLY

    That link is a complete WASTE of time! If they actually respond, they are useless and do not even attempt to resolve anything. I have $67 of Cashback I earned from a few different purchases that I haven't received. $60 of it was even recognized in the receipt scans with the amounts in the blue price tags, but several months later they still show "In Review" and "Pending" at the bottom. Like this one from 04/22/2023, for example:

    That link doesn't do any good. I have been trying to get my money since August 2, 2023.

    Don't waste your time and effort.

    I can confirm. Its been a couple months and the situation has not changed. My balance lost $10ish after I didn't use it for a month. The support desk had no idea what happened, and even with email proof, they said they couldn't restore it back.
