How can I get permanently rid of the background images in Bing, so that Bing always opens with a neutral background?

The ability to save settings that change the "display homepage image" option is broken, and the irritating, distracting image seems to ALWAYS be displayed. I can't find "Bing Wallpaper" in "Programs and Features" anymore, so I can't remove it there, either. HELP!

Hi Loren, I am Paulo and I'd like to help.

Are you referring to the background image shown on Bing.com? If so, I suspect the cache may be corrupted, causing it to revert to the original settings. Try deleting the site data to see if that resolves the issue. To do this, go to Edge Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data > See all cookies and site data. Search for "Bing", then click the bin icon to remove all data. After that, sign back into Bing with your Microsoft account and check if the issue persists.
