Dear Microsoft Team,
My name is Hamka, and I'm having an issue with the phone country code. When I try to redeem my points on Bing Rewards, it requires a phone number for confirmation. How can I add a phone number if my country code isn't supported? Does this mean I cannot redeem my rewards without a phone number?

2025-01-09T00:58:55+00:00 I have redeemed rewards several times and successfully confirmed the rewards using email. Now confirming requires entering a code sent via SMS, which I never received. When I try to add another number, it says my country code (Indonesia) is not supported.

I have sent tickets to them multiple times and all they say was "we are investigating it" yet I've seen people reported this issue for months now.

I'm afraid not all regions are supported in the Rewards Program.
Kindly confirm if your region is included in the list of the supported regions: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-bil...
If your region is not supported, you will not be able to redeem in the Rewards Store.
If your region is supported yet you are still unable to add your phone numbers to your Microsoft account, I highly recommend you reach out directly to Microsoft Rewards Support for further assistance as they have the tools and resources to properly investigate this case:
